REST API /refreshStates?last=??

Hi,

I want to get the device changes periodly and put the response into db. (I am making a two-directional controller)

 

I use REST API api/refreshStates?last=6139826 to get the devices changes data;

 

I want to know what I should input into the 'last' parameter.

 

Is it a UNIX time?
