Sterowanie roletami w zależności od pory dnia i temperatury (zmienne)

Witam serdecznie,

Mam problem z działem sceny opartej na zmiennej i temperaturze zewnętrznej. Scena zbudowana jest na bloczkach. Założenie jest takie:

"Jeśli w przedziale czasowym 7:00 - 11:59 temperatura zewnętrzna przekroczy 19st. to Lamelki od żaluzji mają się ustawić na 1%"

Przedział czasowy zdeklarowany jest przez zmienną: "przedpołudnie"

Nie wiem gdzie jest błąd. Scena uruchamia się 3x wieczorem co 2godziny. 18:30, 20:30 oraz 22;30. Poniżej przesyłam screeny.

Proszę o pomoc w ustawieniu sceny.
