Recovery backup from old HC2

Hi there! 

I have problem with my hc2. When i put to power, led  flashing for a few seconds and turns off movie: 

 . 
If i put power button after that starting normal starting procedure and turns off:

 

 

But more important:

i have backup in cloud and in pendrive. I was buy new hc2 - how i can recovery old hc2 to new? 

 

Pendrive is ok, when i put to pc i can see something like that:

But i can see FBI file for load to new hc2. 

 

 

Please, i need help because HC2 is heart of everything - window blinds, heating, cooling, gate, garage gate, alarm, garden watering...

Just contact support, they will help you transfer configuration to new HC2.

Maybe long shot, but it could be dead PSU. HAve you checked if it send 12V via Voltmeter?

Fibaro support need only 3min for help. They switch my old backup to new HC2. Then i can move configuration on FibaroID portal and recovery device form cloud.

It first think. I check othe PSU but same symptoms...

Did this work for you in the end? Support have tried twice for me now to transfer the config from dead HC2 to new HC2 but each time when I try the transfer on home.fibaro.com it fails with an error. Each time it takes support a couple of days to get back to me (bad timing with holidays one time). So this is starting to take a long time to resolve. 

 

EDIT: Support are back on my case and trying to do the transfer for me
