24v multiple input on hc2

dear forum members,

i have a house with fibaro and hue moduls on a hc2.  and also i have build in switches who i build myself they give a 24v puls when touched (capacitive sensors)

and i'm searching for a solution to connect the switches to the hc2 so the fibaro recognises the buttons on the switch.

the voltage of the pulse is 24v now but can be changed to a lower voltage if needed.  als o i have the capabillity to connect the buttons (about 83 ) to a siemens s300 plc that can collect the signals and sent them further in the network via ethernet module or serial interface. the difficulty wil be the software between the ethetnet module or the rs232 comunication.

i also can have myself built a electronic board who can collect the signals and comunicate on rs232. but is there a module that can comunicate with z wave or over usb or ethernet that can be read by the hc2

do i need to make a virtual device or something?

does anyone know if this is done before? and is there anyone who can help me with that? i have searched the internet for modules or solutions but did not found anything suitable for my house.

Hei @nudelengineering

Is there a relay board that can connect to siemens s300 ?.

Impulse from switch to relay board is one option but you will then need wave signal from relay board to remote devices. Otherwise the devices need to be directly connected to relays, probably not a desired setup ?

Perhaps you could experiment with below:

There are other nodes for Siemens in the node red Forum.

If you can communicate with plc using node red you could then send api commands that can be incorporated into a v.device on hc2.

Definitely doable..
