                                                                                   4,180 current

The old switch that is in trouble is in the version: 4.530

Does it hang on the "starting services"?

 

The proper way to update should be:

1. Perform recovery on the gateway and erase all data - If you do not have anything added to the gateway and you are starting from scratch.

2. Update the gateway to 4.180 - the last stable on the old OS.

3. Update the gateway to 4.540 - the latest stable version with the new OS.
