Remote access - cannot logon different user

Hello Fibaro support,

it is not possible to logon with different user account than Fibaro ID account via remote access... WHAT´S GOING ON????

I can logon to home.fibaro.com to the cloud portal, but I cannot put some user name and password, I´m automatically logon to the HC2/HCL by Fibaro ID user name (and this user account doesnt exists locally in HC2/HCL of course...)


Fibaro ID is not the same account (email address) like admin account of HC2/HCL (or another account) - how can I logon via remote access now with any local account??????
Please, test all after maintenance....

Solve it ASAP!!!!!

Confirmed.

 

@dobsovicj, please next time report to me too (usual e-mail), so  i can immediatelly solve it with Fibaro support (through my channel).

@jakub.jezek , I cannot confirm that on my side. I get the second login screen. How did you verify it?

I passed the ticket number to the Support.

 

@dobsovicj , please, don't be so generous with question marks and exclamation points. One really suffice.

@T.Konopka, please check video below.

 

Browser is in anonymous mode. HC2 and Fibaro ID are both completely different logins. And even if i fill correct data (not shown in video) i still do not get any devices to play with.

    @dobsovicj , it should be fine already. Every user should see the login page to the gateway. Can you confirm?

    Same issue on the new Homecenter app. Only the FibaroId can connect  and as he has no right then nothing is accessible and

    available.
