Question

Posted

Hi everyone,

I am using Fibaro Home Center 2 (4.540) and I'm trying to add the PoPP Keypad without success.

The device successfully pairs with the home center, but according to some videos I checked there's an additional step that needs to be done which is to synchronise the device with home center. This works well but when it finishes it doesn't enable the option in order to set up codes.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance,

Sergio

Hi @Sergio.Costa,

Set codes directly in keypad as shown in manual. I did that and it works flawlessly now. Then they show as scene activation (keys 1 - 20; 20 - Master Code). No need to syncing it and adding codes via HC.

Fortunatelly it works better than Zipato (unfortunatelly that s**t is cheap), that need 10+ minutes (my case) to sync and direct Z-Wave visibility.

Regards,

Jakub

@TightPants: yes , you can change that with the last parameter of the keypad.

If i remember good it is the parameter 6.

    Hi there,

I'm using the keypad successfully with latest HC2 4.570 firmware. No problem so far. What me suprises that this is the only device im my z-wave net without routing infos (http://192.168.178.36/docs/#!/devices/getDevice):

Please login or register to see this code.

All remesh and wakeup operations where done but it seems it did no remesh and stucked to this. Other battery powered devices in that section have routes over other mains powered devices. Is it the same with your device? Did anyone achieve retrieving routing infos?

    Hi all!

Is there any RFID keypad for access control, arm/disarm, etc, which actually works perfectly with HC2?

Please let me know... Thank you.
