Alarm panel through gateway connection

Hello!

 

I have the folowing configuraton HC2(Master) --> HCL(Slave).Fibaro Motion sensors connected to HCL, and i am able to see them through HC2 web-gui. When i hit the "arm" button in the HC2 web-gui it goes to arming mode, but when i press "disarm" it reqires me to enter the PIN code and after that nothing happens, it remains in arm mode. I can only disarm it through HCL web-gui.The PIN code on the Master and slave are the same. What i am doing wrong? 

 

The same happens when that sensors are included in the Alarm panel on the HC2, i just could not disarm the Alarm as the motion sensors cant trigger to disarm state.

 

I have the latest firmwares installed already.

Double check you have entered the PIN code for the Slave user the HC2 logs in as in the "Gateway Connections" settings. 

 

Where you enter the username and password for the Slave HC, there is a field for "PIN"
