Hello

example

local jT = json.decode(fibaro:getGlobalValue("HomeTable"))

local name                 = "Alyssa"
local AC                      = jT.Alyssakamer.AlyssaAC

local Temp                 = jT.Alyssakamer.Alyssarooktemp
local Fan                    = jT.Alyssakamer.AlyssaACfan
local Stand                = jT.Alyssakamer.AlyssaACch

AC = jT.""..name..""kamer.""..naam..""AC (by the way this doesn't work ?)

If you need to compute the key values you need to use the [..] syntax as the dot syntax '.' expects the keys to be name constants.

You use that when you loop over an array with index.

Ex.

Please login or register to see this code.

You can't use a.i in this case...

So if you need to compute the key values in your table you do

AC = jT[name..'kamer'][name..'AC']

or make it a function

local function getVal(a,b) return  jT[name..'kamer'][name..'AC'] end

AC = getVal('kamer','AC')

You can add name to jT.

jT.name = 'Alyssa'

AC = jT[jT.name..'kamer'][jT.name..'AC']
