Hy,

who know templates for FAKRO because after last update for HC2 5.444 beta I received notification about new templates for fakro but I didn't find.

Hello @MAIN ,

1.  I would like to remaind you that threads named: "Problem", "Help", "device name", etc will be deleted immediately without any notice and the user will be warned. Give other users a hint what your thread is about in the title.

2. You need to specify which Fakro device you have. 

3. Version 5.444 for HC2 do not exist. 

4. Where and what notificaton did you get?

Sorry, I have HC2-049239  with 56 devices , version 4.544 beta.

When I put device FAK_ZWS230 it has no templates and after I made upgrade to last version I received in center of notification about new templates for Fakro and for walli dimmer, so walli has but fakro no.

Also I have a lot of devices without templates like aeotec with one and three clamps, a new version of DSC NEO alarm, fakro.

How can you help me to resolve this problem?

@MAIN have you tried soft reconfiguration of your device? If that will not work complete reconfiguration may be needed. To do that go to your device Advanced settings and then Reconfiguration. 

 

Templates ensure visual support for maintaining every function of the Z-Wave device in Home Center, like parameters. However, devices added without templates should still work with basic functions. Template of advanced parameters for Z-Wave devices allows for their easy change, but it is possible even without it. If you want to report new device template go to Advanced settings of the device and click Download in Download device’s template section. Send downloaded file to [email protected] with request to add it.
We are constantly working on adding templates to our system, but because of large number of such devices it can take some time.

I am using FAKRO actuators for roof windows which have z-wave module built in and are powered with AC 230V.

 

I have sent the devices' template files to Fibaro support about 2 years ago.  

 

It looks "some time" has to be defined more precise and it looks the counter would be in years, not months.

I have sent template files 3 years ago, but the template were never realized
