Question

Posted
Good afternoon, friends of FIBARO.
First of all, excuse me for my basic English.
I have an intelligent home installation, in the city of Cordoba, Argentina and I am a user of a system that uses QUIBINO / FIBARO (HC2) and I currently have a problem that I can not solve, since a long time ago. I hope I can help solve it.
The issue is that in certain occasions, the ON / OFF icon of the application, does not reflect the real state of the load, or sometimes, the load is on and the Consumption Value is in 0w.
For example, the only icons that mark consumption are those of Dimmer, those of Rele, they always mark 0w.
My client does not care much about the issue of knowing the consumptions, but since the icon does not accurately reflect the real state of the load, it is very much guided by the consumption to know if the load is on or not, is that understood?
Could you help me solve the problem?
Thank you so much
Arq. Javier Karacinque

@JavierKARA, are you using our new FIBARO Home Center app or the old one? Is that iOS or Android version?

I've the same issue  with qubino 2 relay. I have setup the parameters of the device in advanced tab but it didnt help.

Looking forward for some resolution.

@K.Drozynski I think it's not the application problem, because webgui. old app and the new one shows me the same.

@marczu83, just one follow-up question. Can you see proper power consumption when logging via your browser?

I checked with our technical support and it was told that the issue has been already forwarded to our engineers. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
