Two devices when adding one

Question

Posted

When I add a fibaro dimmer 2 and name it, when I come back to the web interface, one looks like a remote control icon, and the other the controller..

I attach a screenshot, is this normal behaviour, and if so, why both icons?

Thanks for any help/support!

Regards

Trevor

This is normal behavior.

The remote “device” is the one that is used in scenes. That connects with the device that belongs to this remote. You don’t see it but that happends on the background, when you create a scene just select the device you want to use in the scene.

Just hide the remote device
