What type of AC do you own? If you own a normal ac you can use:

but it work one way, without confirmation of sending command

Yes that is true but I do not think there are other wats to control normal AC (old).

I also use a Remotec ZTX-120, and it works good. It's correct that you don't get any confirmation of the command that is send. I installed a wall plug at the AC plug, to measure the consumption but also to see if the watt is going up after I have send the command to turn on.
