Home Centre App Alarm sets even though sensor condition is not met.

Dunkigrease

Question

There is some discrepancy with the way the alarm setting is applied in the HOme Center App and that via a browser.

Interacting through a browser window if a window is open and I attempt to set the alarm the HC2 tells me that the setting conditions are not met and only allows me to set the alarm if I first correct the condition or if I force the alarm to be set despite an incorrect condition.

If I do the same with the HOme Center App it happily sets the alarm (apparently) displaying a nice green alarm symbol for that window.  And yet I know the window is wide open.

Am I doing something wrong or is it just that the Home Center App alarm system has not been implemented properly?

Thanks
