scene that works weirdly

Question

Posted

Hello,

I have created a scene that aims to check if my devices are in alarm on.

This is what I did:
1. Check if the "Arming" variable == 0
2. Check the status of each of my devices (with "and" conditions)
If these criteria are OK then:
3. Pass the "Arming" variable == 1 (to avoid looping the scene)
4. Sound the siren for 1 second
5. Notify a Push on our mobile phones

I have the impression that this way, the scene cannot be closed.
And yet when I activate the alarm on my devices, the scene goes off, but I receive 2, 3 or 4 notifications.

I admit I really don't understand how this is possible, is there something I didn't understand?

Thank you for your help.

(Sorry for my English, I use a translator)

Make a scene that will send notification and sound sounder and then add it to alarm panel on advanced tab with button Add action.

To make it even more simple, use alarm panel to send notifications and scene that will only activate sounder.
