Switch 2 Toggle switch capability - like a dimmer switch/roller blind controller

I have installed the same intermittent switches everywhere in a friend's house - it works brilliantly with fibaro-module-controlled blinds and dimmers.

I need a way to use the same two-way intermittent switch for a single switch device. The person in whose house I have installed this cannot understand why all the switches for his dimmers and blinds and windows are working the same way but single switch modules allow you to wire it the same way yet doesn't support the "roller-blind type switch" option to allow a defined on/off side to the switch.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this happen? I have thought about using the binary sensor module or the new appliance module as an intermediary to connect to the switch but that will get expensive, fast.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
