Smart Implant - Scene activation ??

Hi, I have never used scene activation before. 

If it is supposed to show up in block scene like it does with my dimmer2, for the smart implant there is no "scene activarion" as a trigger on none of its devices.

Parameter 1 - monostable
Parameter 40 set to  - key pressed 3 times - so how do I use it?

What i want is if IN1 is pressed 3 times OUT1 is turned on.
