Hue plugin device to trigger scene on value change

I've created the following scene:

Device 451 is a hue device in my hue hub which I've linked to the fibaro using the Hue plugin from the plugins section.

I think the issue is that the status of the 451 is not refreshed when the plugin is not open. And for this reason the fibaro light(id 23) doesn't turn on. How can I trigger this scene automatically based on a state/value change of hue device 451?

Fixed: It's fixed now, seems that the scene was fine however the scene was set to manual while copying from another scene. Setting it to automatic fixed the issue
