HC2 keeps rebooting after upgrade (leds fade off)

Hello,

 

It looks like my HC2 failed to finish the latest software update on the 8 of August. 

At the moment it doesn't start correct.

 

what is not working:

- no correct start for the last 2 days. After the wrench led is on it's shutting down. The problem is the same as the video over here: 

When the leds go off, HC is restarting itself after 3-6 min. After this, same  thing happens again. 

 

I have read for hours to find a solution but it looks like there is no fixed solution yet.

Before sending it to Fibaro I want to give it a try over here. 

 

What I tried so far: 

- I did connect a monitor but nothing to see on both ports? (if this works this should help me a lot)

- can't reach recovery mode

- changed the power supply, no difference.

- changed the motherboard battery, no difference.

 

It looks like I am not the only person with these issues, so maybe there is a solution on this??

No, can't reach it.

Then there is nothing you can do anymore.

Can fibaro finder find the hc2?

if so, it has still an ip adres and you can contact fibaro

No, undetectable.  Looks like I need to contact Fibaro for a repair. 

Strange that a software update is causing those kind of troubles.
