Power-Off through S1 does not work, but works through App

t3chris

Question

Hello!

I can power-on my load on the Double Switch by triggering the momentary switch connected to S1, but most of the time I cannot turn the load of by the same action.
Powering off through the App or Webapp of HC2 works perfectly fine.

What can I do to make powering off through the momentary switch possible?

Thanks,

Christian

you are using a pulse switch? momentary means pulse switch?

if so, is the device on the latest firmware?

  • Yes, it is on the latest version (3.3).

The switch is a simple push button which closes the circuit between Sx and S1 when pressed and opens it when released.
