Lua scene trigger, random, once between 2 time periods

Hi all,

 

I want to tigger a scene to turn off the lights randomly somewhere between 22:30 and 01:00 in the evening/night.

 

Who can help me into the right direction concerning the time trigger ? This is what I build so far. But probably there's a much leaner solution...
