Double Switch 2 as Double Relay Switch

Could I use Double Switch 2 as a Double Relay Switch in my wall box to get information about energy consumption of my washer? Could you provide some connection scheme.

 

How to activate Double Switch in this case? In manual there is information about click 3 times on switch but in this case there is only wall plug.

I theory yes you could do that; but the unit can only handle 6 amps, and you washer probably consumes much more than that, so it would probably burn out the unit.
