Roller Shutter 3 - No energy reading

Question

Posted

Why am I not getting any energy reading apart from the module when the motor is running? It just sits there at 0.6W.

Up/Down time is about 15 secs on my zemismart roller blind motor.

Picture of the motor. Still no energy report.

Plugged in a current meter and its reading about 5/6 watts while running. I swear before the firmware update the energy metering was working!

I'm sure it worked before I upgraded the firmware on the module?

Got a reply from Fibaro support saying to do a soft config but that did not work!

Doubt if I will hear from them again. FIbaro really sucks!!!

Well I did and it's still not sorted and position does not work correctly.

Their marketing is fantastic but the support and some their modules are too flakey.

Anybody want to buy a RS3 with the latest firmware cheap?

I asked Fibaro about downgrading the firmware but they said there no way to downgrade module firmware.

So BEWARE if you update your modules
