Transfer failed

There was an error when i tried to transfer the config from HC2 to another, after that, i lost all my backup data from both HC2 and with that i cant create any backup, local or cloud(appear a msg that im not connect to a internet, but i do and i can access both HC2 remotely).

i already tried to factory reset, to update the firmware to 4.551, repair and none those worked.

Already contact the support but no answer. this was 2 days ago.

Please help!
