api.push on my 2nd phone doesn't work !!

Unfortunately, the api.push function doesn't work on my 2nd mobile phone. I check the ID, re-installed the apk and set new user configuration.

Is there any way to solve that issue ?

Mee to. To admin is working, to an user is not.

if the mobile device logged in with superuser account it will get the interactive push notification, but regular user accounts does not receive interactive notification. i opened the topic about this bug also but unfortunately there is no admin left on the forum to answer !

What type of notifications do you want to receive? Is this from scene? If yes, you must add 2nd mobile to push. Try to do simple scene with Notification and check on your both Mobiles like on screen

Does it happen to be a Samsung Phone?

Because none of my Samsung devices get push notifications from the new app.

They do work on the old app.
