Hi there. I have a Home Center 2. Everything worked fine for the past 5 months until I logged into the system to add another device and find out that I could`t update at all.
``there was a problem with the connection to the backups server. Please contact support.``
All my devices works perfectly and I can add devices. Even access the unit remotely, everything works.
Obviously the error is irritating and I tried to go into recovery mode. All the lights is on as supposed to, but I only get a black screen with recovery mode in white!
Any suggestions how to sort this out?
