How to use startLevelDecrease startLevelIncrease

Question

Posted

Hi,

For my son I created a scene that can be actived by using the S1 double click (scene activation). The scene sets the value of the lights on 20% and slowly goes to 0% spread over 30 minutes. The scene looks like;

Please login or register to see this code.

But when I turn on/off the lights with a single click, while the scene is running, after the 120000ms the lights are set back to the next value of the scene.

In LUA there are also these two startLevelDecrease and startLevelIncrease, this should do the same as my scene but I don't know how to use it?. I think this would also stop the scene for going further.

    This is my understanding of what the functions do vs what they should do:

    You can also do the following:

    • Add another scene that is triggered by single click of S1
    • In that scene, stop your 'double click scene' through the command : fibaro:killScenes(ID of your double click scene)

    Hope this helps.
