Simply not res[ponding to factory reset,   Follow the reset instructions then use Fibaro finder, brings up the recovery page, then starts recovery and then just keeps showing this screen,  ( see word doc attached),    I have tried all methods of reset,  and a few not in the tutorials,

I just did a reset on an old HC-Lite and found the same problem as well. However, waiting long enough and then restarting the HC-Lite brings me to the interface I expected.

Adding and removing modules is possible and scenes can be made as well. 

The only problem is that none of the Fibaro devices I added have a template, so parameters have to be added manually.
