Terrible Issues with LED Low Voltage

Hi all, i purchased a large quantity of these for a new house but i seem to be having many issues. These all seem to relate to LED and low voltage, i previously used dimmer 2 with a bypass years ago and then went to the aeotec dimmer modules which are able to handle LED much much better. After installing the walli i am seeing very similar issues with the bypass and voltage, after doing many tests it seems a little better than the fibaro dimmer 2 however they are very similar to usage apart from the design.

Has anyone else had similar issues with this and able to comment if these are using new tech to handle low voltage leds?
