Fibaro HC 2 does not communicate with OSX Catalina

Question

Posted

Dear community,

after upgrading to Catalina OSX, Fibaro HC 2 does not appear on my computer. I cannot add any gadgets or regulate the ones I have already installed. I tried with everything I found on internet, without success. I would appreciate any advice or help!

    Dear cag014,

thank you for the idea! However, it still does not function. I can detect the HC2 on my phone, however, I cannot connect to it – not with my iPhone X not with my MacBookPro Catalina.

I also did reset the HC 2 several times by now, yet no sign of communication with my computer or phone.

    Any suggestion?

    Many thanks!

    Hello

this sometime happens when your internet browser is still using the old version of the website

have you tried a different internet browser. If that works then it’s likely that your normal browser has a copy the website in cache and you need to clear this.

    Dear all,

I solved the issue it was my stupidity with the reseting process: I just shifted the FC 2 to an dynamic IP and the FibaroFinder successfully found the centre.

    Many thanks!
