Fibaro problem on Android

For more than a month Fibaro is not working on Android 4.0 phone and according to the developer everyone, who has older Android phones, should buy new phone, because they answered to the national contact, that from now on Fibaro is only available for Android 7.0 or newer versions, this is ridiculous. When all of us installed the program for our homes, there were no requirements about new Androids, and I think it is not acceptable that there is no development for older Android phones, many people requests a Fibaro version for these phones.
