  • symptoms:

    1) can;'t login from any devices

    2) APi not accessable 

    3) working with devices -OK all scenes / devices works properly

    4) HARD rebbot can solve my problem

    So why would HC2 prevent to accepting my creds? on any devices at home?

    IE (AKA Edge) wife

    was the same result.

    This work on second web server on  port 8000 (Lighttpd) not only on 80 (nginx).

    I used it for test if HCServer crash or z-wave service block start of www service on port 80.

    I almost don't dare to write it as 10der is such an experienced user... but hey, you never know.

     

    did you enter your username in upper-case while it should be lower case (or vice-versa)?

    happens to me usually on mobile devices, as they automaticaly suggest to start with upper case letters.

    on all 3 PC's + 3 ipad / iphone? :)

    plsu a never go logoff for HC2 UI.

    I know .... that's why I was sorry even before sending!

    Unless you changed you login credentials in HC2 ... then 1 change would affect all devices at the same time.

    (I'm not even sure you can change it from [email protected] to [email protected])

    but I know HC2's email field is case sensitive... :roll:

    @10der Do you have a fresh backup, it does not answer to why the problem has occured, but a restore should do the trick.  Another track, did you try to connect remotly with your fibaro.id?

  • @Tony270570 Tony, issue was fixed very quickky, at 5 min. just rebotting HC2, but I wanna to know what happened.
