I am new to the forum but hoping someone may be able to help with a problem a have with HC2 & Motion Sensors FGMS-001

I have tried adding these sensors but all I have succeeded in doing is getting them to blink randomly

pressed the add button on the back of the box & then clicked B 3 times rapidly, blue light came on but non of them would link one was second hand through ebay but changed the batteries but non of the three of them are attaching to HC2.

Is there any tips/help someone could give?

Second hand... could be the devices still "paired" to old system.

Please follow instructions of the sensors for factory reset and then try to include

Try in your browser to remove the devices first . That will reset them to factory settings.

After that procedure, try to add then again:

@Bodyart

Are you sure? If it was "paired" to other system, will be set to factory reset?

Nice to know if it works!

After triple click just mount the cover.

Often device doesn't react until the cover is closed.

"any controller can remove/reset any device at any time. Just remove it as any other device"

Also a good test to see if they are the same frequency: if the controller says "removed" it was able to hear and reset the device. If it doesn't, in rare cases, your HC controller might need a reboot. Otherwise you have eg EU controller and US frequency.
