Hi, I have a HC2 installed in a show home(luckily) and I noticed that after the big system update in October HC2 didn't responded(nobody is at the property) and as soon as I saw that on remote access I went to the property to check the system. By magic everything went back up. How and why?
Now I'm facing the same issue since they had the internet suspended by the provider.
Should I install a reboot on HC2 to prevent all this hiccups?
