Virtual Device showing actual temperature but also the highest and lowest in the last 24 hours

I'm trying to get the Virtual device to compare and update a highest and lowest value, but not succeding.
fibaro:call(340, "setProperty", "ui.Label1.value", '\"' .. fibaro:getValue(27, "value") .. '\"')
if (("ui.Label1.value") > ("ui.Label2.value")) then
fibaro:call(340, "setProperty", "ui.Label2.value", '\"' .. fibaro:getValue(27, "value") .. '\"')
