Motion sensor light flashes when switching of other doubleswitch

Hi all,

I have two double switches connected to different loads, as you can see in the picture.
When i turn off the pond pump, the motion sensor light on the other double switch connected to q2 flashes one time.
The motions sensor lamp, has an led bulp and only turns on, on motion and is no Z-wave device.
This only happens when the load is on to the motion sensor light, the other motions sensor doesn't have this behavior .
Another strange thing the lamp that gives the flash has an power consumption of 0W when switched on and no detection, the other motion light as an continuous load of 0,8W when switched on and no detection.

Does anyone know how this problem is caused and how it can be fixed?
