dont access app home center

Hi, first of all, i am brazilian and speak a little of english

i have fibaro system and use the new app home center since the begin

since wednesday 11/21 my app dont access the central

it connect with my ID and when i click in the name of HC dont connect

if i connect with the IP of central it connect normaly

i open a help desk and i delete the app in my iphone and delete the user um HC e create again and reinstall the add and the same problem

I install the app in other device and the same problem

i have alexa from amazon in my house and the alexa dont connect to fibaro too

please can some one help me?

I can tell you that I also have the same problem now, if I use the old app i works without problems.

The new app tells me there is a connection timeout and then comes back to app start view.
