Multi-zone heating control

Pav

Question

Hi,

I would be grateful if someone could help with the below issue.

In the Linked Devices I defined switches as follows:

Switch 1 - Boiler (relay which controls the Boiler)

Switch 2 - Valve Actuator (relay which controls the Valve Actuator)

The below diagram would work if the valve actuators were Normally Closed because the Switch 2 (defined in Linked Devices) switch the Switch 2 ON when temperature drops below a set point (defined in the Heating Panel) so the valve actuator is energised and the valve opened.

My preference would be to use Normally Open valve actuators so when temperature raise above a set point the Switch 2 (defined in Linked Devices) is switched ON and actuator closes the valve.
