Back Up - How do I access them online?

Hi,

Due to power outage I am needing to reset my HC2 - it never restarts properly unless it is shut down manually. On restoration the recovery webpage says my backup file is corrupt. Is there any way to download my backup files from the home.fibaro website that were created by the HC2 as I cannot access them via the HC2.

    I can't access HC2 from my ip.

    I need to do a full reset but need my cloud backup first. It must be somewhere at home.fibaro.com?
