Need tip for motion sensor outside

someone has a good tip for a motion sensor outside that works with the Home Center 2. Ideally no batteries and no rechargeable battery.

Any powered 220v outdoor motion/light sensors connected instead of lamp to FIBARO UBS (for example) as binary sensor.

i have 2 installed outside with recharge batteries, works perfect sinde 2 years, batterie life is 6-8 months

IMHO any outdoor devices has 90% of false positive motion detections

for example AEON MS6 strong recommend disable motion sensor when you deciding to use this device outdoor

i have the fibaro motion sensors

works nice with node red and your hc2 node

Hi,

You can use the Steinel IS140 Z-Wave Motion Sensor. It is a Outdoor Motion Sensor. Connection is via cable, no batteries! I have two of them in my HC2

I have 3 Fibaro motion sensor installed outside but protected form rain and they all work fine with no false detection. They are not supposed to be installed outside and sometimes battery is reported low due to low temperature but still they work 100% reliably.

I'm using a Steinel as well , and I'm very positive as well but most important , no batteries

Hello, can you use Steinel Motionsensor for outside and with HC2 for example after Motion detektion turn on the lights, or other aktion, like take down the Blinds etc...
