Hi there,

I can't figure this out and hope you can help. I have a heat controller running FW 4.3 with a external temperature sensor.

When I set the temperature to below the current temp it should close (but it don't). When i set it above the current temp it should go open (most of the time it don't or not open enough). I need to set it 2 degrees above the current temp to get some action. Running te calibration don't seems to do much.

Is this a firmware related issue or are there other thoughts? I don't own a home center so updating isn't possible (i need to send it to the dealer).
