Hello @Ravaoo

Have a look here.

Please login or register to see this link.

For every member in my home I set up a fibaro account. with there own email account.

This account I added to the account where the home center is connected.

Then go to the home center acces control in the settings tab.

Synchronize.

Edit every users rights.

Another way to do it, is to create account for every user in HC2.

In fibaro mobile app. choose local connection (not FIbaro ID), enetr user name and password as in HC2 "Access Control" panel.

Works even better that using Fibaro ID. Occasionally fibaro server is down, but local connection works always.

Hello

unfortunately I have a similar problem
with another email address, which is also mine - I can share the HC2 with it. But with another member of the family no more ... a fibaro ID has been created, the link is sent to the email address, but by clicking the "accept" button here, you are already throwing up an expired link or it is not valid. It takes about 5 seconds maximum ...

ERROR

Wrong link or link has expired.

I’ve tried it several times, but it’s always the result.
Plus, with this user, I can only access the old fibaro app, not the new Home Center app ....

but definitely don't mix things, local is local (and one should avoid cloud user using same email as the local user is already using)

Expired link is browser problem, as the Fibar Cloud think you still logged in into fibaro id with another id, use different browser, cleac cookies/cache, and it will work.

hi Tinman,

Grateful thanks!
Honestly, I didn't mean that ....: (Opened with another browser, I succeeded for the first time!

"but definitely don't mix things, local is local (and one should avoid cloud user using the same email as the local user is already using)"
I don't fully understand this, it's likely because of the translation
Thanks for the help!

Could you also help me with Remotec IR extender?
Thanks
