Zipato Keypad Tags are not recognized

Guest Bastian

Question

Guest Bastian

Good morning to all!

Since 1,5 years i use 2 Zipato Keypads for entrance control with the RFID Tags. Works great since 3 weeks.

Now one Keypad makes problems with the RFID Tags:

If i use a RFID Tag to register (Home/Away button an then hold the tag in fornt of the Keypad) nothing happens. There is no reaction/registration of the keypad.

I include/exclude the Keypad several times from HC2 but this do not change anything. I can register the Tags to the keypad over API or LUA scene and afeter syncronisation i can see them in the avanced tab at PIN section.

If i hold a unregisterd tag in front of the Keypad there is also no information in the Fibaro "window" (which normally will give the information about the code of the unregistered tag).

A bit strange for me: The pin input works perfectly (registration/shown of unregistered pins,Home/Away Buttons,..)

Do anyone can help me with this problem ? Is there a possibility to hardreset the Keypad (not including/excluding over Fibaro as this doesn't help)  ?

Or mayby is there a possibility to check if the RFID signal/reader is broken ?

(As in germany the keypad is totally sold out in shops: Perhaps does anyone know a internetshop where i can order a new one?)

Kind regards

Sebastian
