FIBARO FGS 221 2*1.5KW V2.1

Hello; 

I've 2 modules  FIBARO FGS 221 2*1.5KW   V2.1    the modules are new and both cannot accept inclusion or exclusion ... IS there anything  that i should do ?

Try to exclude and then include, them in the vincinity off the homecenter.

I have done the inclusion exclusion in the vivincity of Fibaro HCL its not working ??

what should i do with those FGS 221 2*1.5 KW??

it's not working too

Do a factory reset the devices. Then try to include again.

Can take more than one try, for inclusion to start.

Make sure you in a free line of sight to the Home center and within 2 meters.

i'm next to the HCL for 20 cm .

How i can perform a factory reset on those devices i hop for 14 second? the inclusion button?

they are new and never broken .. please advice how i can reset them?
