ImperiHome - account validation not working

It is not possible to access Imperihome account management.

I can't validate my user on the Android APP.

Through the PC the link is not available.

As a result Netatmo modules do not work, they are not available.

When you install the application on Android you can not validate the user and pass in the cloud of Imperihome. You also do not have access to backups.

Can you confirm this problem?

Yes, that's right!

I can not validate Netatmo in my ImperiHome.

I think the problem is with Netatmo. I've tried to report it to Netatmo, but I can't find any way to communicate with their support.

Today it works and everything is up and running again.

Hmmm .. I logged out of my ImperiHome account ... Now I can't log back in.  Fails on Validation.

 

Is anybody else having the same problem?

last i saw Evertygo who own them were going into administration, guess that will be the end of Imperihome if it doesn't get a lifeline.

really a shame that the app "imperihome" is no longer supported.
