Roller Shutter FGRM222 v2.2 exclude!

Hello

tonight my roller shutter has a r strange behavior. up down up down etc......

no scene was ective this (put all scenes down) but still......

now i tried to exclude the module from fibaro with the 3 times push but no luck there, also tryied it remove by force, still no luck there also.

fibaro reset also nothing. i cant's remove the roller shutter fgrm222 v2.2

 

can someone help me with this

 I've had some similar problem one month ago, roller started up and down without any reason, powered off HC2, nothing, 

unfortunately the safety switch did not work properly, and the roller blind suffered a damage.

I succeeded to stop everything wsithcig off MAIN from  main switchboard....

Then

 

1st disconnected and removed the FGR... and then powered again Main at Home…

2nd repaired the broken parts of the roller blind

3rd I powered the FGR provisionally with a loose electrical cable between L and N

4th reset the FGR to factory default 

4th the Service butto to be pushed to remove the device was not working, then I connected a push  button between S1 and Q1

5th folloed procedure to remove the device from the system

6th added it again to the system

7th tested it verifying that it was closing contacts between L and Q1 or L and Q2 as necessary.

8th Installed the FGR  again at the roller blind and calibrated it…

 and up to now it is working... naturally by crossing the fingers

 

a Saturday lost behind it...... and fortunately the blind remained closed while repairing....

Hello,

I'm trying to follow your steps since my "b" button is not working. I have connected s1 and q1. When I press the switch I get a green led. If i try to switch it 3 times I get a red blinking led.

I'm stuck at this point and can't reset it or pair it with the hub.

Did you have this behaviour also?

sorry there was a mistake in the indication...
if you move the device from the roller and use Loose connections, as close as possible to the HUB to ensure a direct communication between them

you need to power L and N with mains

the switch to add the device from the network or to remove it showld be inserted between L and S1.  (I wrote Q1... Sorry) i corrected my post as below. plese see the picture attached herewith.
