Hello please help

Hello, i have two problem: 

1)on my ipad - not show LIGHTS icon, show only I/O . My iphone show all LIGHTS icon perfectly.

 

2) my new rgbw switch not powered off white channel - white color stay on

Hello. Try relaunching the app while your iPad is connected to the same network as the controller. It should help with the icons.

This is probably wiring problem. More info is needed on the wiring and the module itself.

Thx, but ipad permanently connect on same router as fibaro, no by cloud.

 

led strip conected perfectly
