Question

On one wall, I have 12 push buttons to control some blinds and many lights.
It's not so easy to know, which button is associated to which function.
So it would be fantastic, if I could insert a iPad into the wall and could place all funtions as switches or sliders with namings and icons on the surface.
Is there any app which can achieve that?
Or worse case, is there an interface, so that it is possible to write such an app?
