Walli Dimmer always in Overload

Hi, I'm using two Walli Dimmers in a two wire installation. One with and one without Bypass 2 (60W load) and one without (4x 20W Halogen). The one with Bypass always recalibrates and after a Minute goes to Overload Error and recalibrates again. I don't think that this load is to high!!!!!!!! The other without Bypass works for half an hour and then goes to Overload condition and stays. It seems that they are not realy designed for a 2 wire installation or they are just crap!!!!!??
