I have about 10 Fibaro FGS-221 Double ON / Off Relay Switch

There was previously connected to Vera Light and worked fine...
I have not used them about a year today i replaced to vera plus Europe Frequency
Today it has the version Fibaro FGS-223

I decided to go back to running the smart home system
Unable to add devices to vera plus , Unable to reset them (how ever I know it's reset) , I clicked 3 times fast and nothing , i clicked 10 sec . and no reset .
I have 10 of them .... what i can do to add them to my controller ?
Do I need the controller to be really close? Or is it also possible from 3-5 meters?
I am at a loss ..
